My theory is that if someone in the office is sitting at their computer at the exact moment you send a secondary or follow up email, you will be acknowledged. But if they get up for a coffee break while you send something, you're SOL.

In light of this information, I will be sending a carrier pigeon because it will, at the very least, be very annoying for them.

Y'all I think the "process of being complete" email was just sent to everyone that hasn't gotten the complete yet. I don't think it means anything honestly. But it does ease my mind a little bit.

Did not expect to be so triggered but: why even send an email titled (all caps) 'UPDATE ON YOUR APPLICATION' at all? Especially when there is no update?

It'll be interesting to see if any of the people who had to wait forever and got the "in the completion process" email get an interview. After waiting 18 weeks (and potentially another 10?) I kinda started to assume I had been screened out automatically for some reason and that’s why I wasn't getting the complete email.

People with IIs or have already attended interviews with Einstein, what was the gap between your II and submission (or gap between II and some for of application received email if you even received one)?

I am curious if they have literally not looked at all of these apps sent out in July, August, September till now or if they just never sent a complete email for most apps (even after looking at them) and are now just sending a mass 'in process of completion email' to the ones they basically put on hold.

I doubt they are just now looking at all these apps for the first time, but you never know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I submitted my secondary late July (sometime between 22-26) and received my completion on 10/4. I did call to inquire about a completion email since I hit the 10 week mark. Maybe you can try that as well?
