Hey, congrats on the acceptance! Can I ask what your stats are? I'm considering applying.

Hey! So I actually just heard back from them and have an interview on 7/31/2019, but I'm wondering if it's likely that it will just end in a waitlist (since it's so late). I'm just curious what your stats are?

Hi. I got accepted to the 2020-2021 cycle. Did any of yall attend this past year? If so, please do tell me about your experience! I have to give them an answer on whether or not I accept this Thursday. Thanks!

Hey! I just graduated from this program this year! It's a tough program--but it's a really great program. There are definitely some things that could be added/changed/removed such as the amount of literature you have to read for so many different classes, but I know it helps with MCAT prep and stuff. It's rigorous but I definitely enjoyed the program! If you have any questions, let me know!

Hi! I applied this year and was wondering if you knew approximately how many pre dental students are in the program and how many matriculate into dental schools immediately after completing the program? Also, do you mind sharing your stats? Thank you!

I went to Regis-2018. For my class, four of us including me were pre-dental. One person received an acceptance during the program and the rest of us received acceptance the following year after graduation.

Thank you so much! In your opinion, would it be realistic to get accepted into dental school the same year we’re attending the program? I know that the first semester of the masters program ends after most acceptances are given out for dental schools so the new gpa is not calculated.

The person who got in during the program, received acceptance on the first day (beginning of December). I believe it is realistic to get accepted during the same year, but it depends on one’s situation whether your grades are good, DAT scores, applying early, and etc. You could potentially get accepted after submitting your first semster grades from the masters program as well, but I would assume your grades would have to be stellar (At least better than your undergraduate grades). There is a period during the application cycle where you can enter your updated grades. You can also contact your schools, and update them on your fall semester grades, research, and other important information not mentioned in your application. I hope this helps.

This year (class of 19-20), I recall that there were 3 or 4 pre-dental students out of a total of 40 students and they are all currently applying (if I'm not mistaken). There were students for medical school (I know that this is not the same) who got in while in the program, both during the fall and the spring time. Most people in the program are usually pre-med and after that, pre-PA is the most popular. The professors (mainly the professor who is the chair of the department) are more than happy to write you letters if need be and you can also update your schools as well (just as someone else has you already said).

Hey! Congratulations on getting accepted! Out of curiosity, how long did you wait before hearing back? Thank you!
