What the heck to they mean by "...why you were employed."
Is it just another way for them to ask what we were doing for our employer? Or more along the lines of if we were trying to support ourselves? I had multiple jobs in college, all on campus, but just because I liked the work, not sure how to approach this part of the prompt.

The way I answered was by talking about what I enjoyed with my work and why I chose to take it on when I didn’t need to.
I gave one sentence explanations. Got an II
yo this cycle is going so slow relative to past years i wonder if there is gonna be a week where a million II's go out.....or maybe its just slow for me hahaha
It definitely is slow. I keep thinking to myself, "ok, this is the week X school will start sending out II's." But it never happens lol

I just got an II, but when i put my amcas ID it says that its not time for me to register yet?? has anyone encountered this?
I'm also experiencing this right now, it seems like people had similar problems in the past too
Should we email or just wait? I think I saw someone earlier say to try the next day, but I don't know what to do.

II received!! Application completed on 8/23.
I got an II (complete late July) as well this morning and didn't have any trouble scheduling. I would try calling the office rather than live in stress for the next 24 hrs.

End of last week!
It took about 45mins for me. The interviewer said it's set up to be around 30mins of conversation then up to 30mins for questions, so I only needed around 15mins to get all my questions answered, hence 45mins for me. And yep, it was a pretty standard interview. It was open file so there was a mix of asking specifics about my experiences and other questions about my opinions on stuff. Thought it was really comprehensive and gave me an opportunity to show a lot of aspects of myself.
According to their website they start on February 1st.

Probably. They were notorious for taking forever last year, so I can't imagine how things will be this year w/ COVID
