No more T10 schools, it's T6 nowThey really seem to like avoiding tiebreakers. Not that the difference would matter much, but so many ties makes a ranking list look kind of silly imo
Agree it’s excellentnot responding to the questionnaires. McGovern is still a solid school, this won't affect them very much
While both lists are kind of stupid, the primary care metrics are particularly strange. One of the main differences in calculating each respective list is the percentage of students entering primary care fields. That doesnt tell me much about the resources available to students at the school.my school barely cracks the research list but is actually ranked very high on the primary care list. does that mean anything at all in terms of prestige, or is it just a consolation prize? not that it matters... 😉

Yeah, it's a bogus methodology because they assume everyone going into IM counts as "primary"While both lists are kind of stupid, the primary care metrics are particularly strange. And today I learned NYU goes by Grossman
I think they just didn't fill out the questionnaireTexas schools took a tumble in this year's rankings.
it is even less meaningful than the main list.my school barely cracks the research list but is actually ranked very high on the primary care list. does that mean anything at all in terms of prestige, or is it just a consolation prize? not that it matters... 😉
The school's exact ranking is hidden to avoid embarrassing them for being at or near the bottomWhat does it mean when schools are ranked from #94-122?
