From their email it says they send II until AprilDoes this big R wave mean no more ii are going out I wonder?
correctThey don't accept pre-II update letters right?
4:30For those that interviewed already, what time frame was the optional afternoon session scheduled for?
pre-II R, email stated over 14,000 applicants. that's a big jump (but makes sense given it's free)
only if u have something substantial to say, they said not to be obliged to send updatesare people sending post-II letters?
yes yesFor interview days, can someone confirm our commitments? Is it just the 1 hr interview itself and then the optional session in the afternoon? Does anyone remember what time that is? Thanks!
The email said March 2nd.When do we think we are hearing back post-interview? March 1?
Which email are you referring to?The email said March 2nd.
My update letter included a not-so-subtle paragraph of intent. IDK what the official policy is, but I don't think it will hurt. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.does anyone know if einstein is a school that cares about letters of intent and if it’s worth sending one?
same, i said outright i will enroll and withdraw from all other schoolsMy update letter included a not-so-subtle paragraph of intent. IDK what the official policy is, but I don't think it will hurt. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Damn, there's going to be no WL movement this year, huh?same, i said outright i will enroll and withdraw from all other schools
super conversational, pretty low stress - just prepare for the classics like why einstein and why medicineis anyone willing to share some insight and tips for the Einstein interview ?
super relaxed, mine asekd almost nothing about why einstein and more seemed like hte guy was genuinely interested in me as a personis anyone willing to share some insight and tips for the Einstein interview ?
it was free tuition last year and there was WL movement. It's fairly likely that at least a few accepted will be willing to attend elsewhere or have other scholarship offers. But yeah I'm sure the yield is quite high compared to other schoolsDamn, there's going to be no WL movement this year, huh?
You get the name of the interview one week before with your zoom linkfew questions for those who have interviewed - do you get the name of your interviewer in advance? also, has anyone joined both the real talk session (fridays) and the student panel session (day of) - are they basically the same thing? do you think they have any role in admissions or j there for any questions we have?
Given that their timeline for decisions states that they will begin releasing results on March 2nd, I would assume that your decision may come later than others'. Of course, there is no way to know whether this will influence how your application is reviewed.I had my interview last February 6th, and ended up choosing to schedule a second interview. My next interview is for early March. Does anybody think that have a later interview would play a role in admission for Albert?
I’d argue it’s the same as primaries. The later your app is reviewed, the more diluted the pool is and the more competitive it becomesI had my interview last February 6th, and ended up choosing to schedule a second interview. Yup! I feel like they interviewed so many people I am not hopeful about getting in lmao.seems as March 2nd will be the day... so nervous
