Hi guys! I was wondering if submitting my primary application to all LECOM campuses around June 21st was still competitive enough?

My stats for context:
- 3.7 overall gpa
- 3.5 science gpa
- 1220 SAT (using AIS)
- 1400 leadership, 463 research, 500 clinical, 100 non-clinical volunteering, 50 shadowing, tons of non-health paid work experience
- 5 good/solid LORs (2 science, 1 non science, 2 MD (one PI and one doc I worked with one and one)
 
i submitted the secondary and didn’t receive an email confirmation or payment confirmation. Didn’t anyone else have this happen?

I also didn't get a confirmation email or a payment confirmation email after submitting the secondary. The portal shows that my applications are now in review

Okay gotcha, when did you submit if you dont mind me asking. Mines is still on the application complete blue tab
 
II came in on Monday, June 23rd and they mentioned that the video (asynchronous format) should be submitted by midnight next Wednesday. Does anyone know if that means midnight June 25th or midnight July 2nd? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!
 
Hi guys! I just submitted my primary application today (06/25) and was wondering when the AIS link would be sent out for those who would like to use it in place of their MCAT? Additionally, when are secondary applications sent out to qualified candidates?

Hey! Here is a bit of how my timeline with all that went: I had my primary application verified on June 13, got the AIS link on June 14th, and received the link to the secondary on June 18th.

I requested for the Professional Transcript Entry so I think that might prolong the process. Thank you so much for the info! I'll keep on the lookout for the link! What questions did the secondary application consist of if you do not mind me asking? I am assuming they would be the same for all LECOM campuses?
 
I finally got my primary app verified today. I was wondering when I would receive the AIS link?

Thanks! Mine’s still in “application completed” status (the status right before “in review”) so wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve seen a few IIs on this thread and I’m still waiting for movement on mine
 
Does anyone know the international student acceptance stats at the school? Can't seem to find anything
 
im confused what the AIS system is... if i gave them my SAT/ACT scores can they still see my MCAT scores?

AIS is an alternative to MCAT. Some students are admitted based only on AIS (they never take the MCAT). They will see both for you.
 
Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back after submitting the primary? Submitted on June 20th.
 
hey guys, it still says my application is waiting to be reviewed, when should I expect it to be in review? I submitted primary on June 25th and the supplemental application and AIS information on July 3rd. Any response would be appreciated! 🙂

Hi I submitted my primary application around June 25th so similar time frame as you! I received a supplemental application and AIS link on July 3rd. I would regularly check your email, hope this helps 🙂).

Received it the morning after

Edit: OOS II the morning of 7/9 (Supplemental submitted 7/8 pm).

Quick question. I received the II on Wednesday 7/9 and was told to submit by next Wednesday, which I assume is 7/16?

Also, is it necessary to attend the Zoom info session. I don't really want to take off work, but I am hesitant to skip it if if has any real implication for my chances for admission.

oh that's good you received an interview invite! idk why i didn't receive one yet even though i submitted in a similar time frame as you. it says I am waiting to be reviewed so it could be that lol
 
Any idea how long it takes to go from application complete to under review? My app has been in for about a week or so now but there's been no movement on it.

I called the admissions number at the Erie campus today. They typically review the applications in a randomized order from specific "batches". There are two batches currently and that they just started reviewing applications last week from the 1st batch I am assuming. Please don't quote me on this! I recommend calling admissions to get some more insight too! But I am sure we will definitely have some movement on our applications at least within this month, at least I hope so 🙂).

Mine has been waiting to be reviewed for the same amount of time!
 
For the interview when it says submission by midnight next Wednesday, does that mean 11:59pm on Wednesday or 12:00AM at the beginning of the day (basically 11:59pm Tuesday)?
 
It probably means 11:59 Wednesday, but I recommend getting it done as soon as possible just in case. I did mine last night. It was pretty straight forward.
