Probably will get an interview email in the next day or two is what it means in years past.

LMAO me too! I do want to attend, but I am trying to see what I can do financially. Some of my other schools have had all their virtual interviews booked for the rest of the year, so I have been needing to fly to them. My credit card is maxed out needless to say...😢

I am very interesting attending. I hope they have some rates available for travelers, at least for hotels.

if your credit card is maxed out please do not go to the open house. It likely wouldnt help you that much and dont put yourself in even more credit card debt (with insane APRs) just to maybe help. Save it for the deposits you will need.

I understand finances hitting me hard so much travel so close together. I want to attend too but I haven't even been offered an interview. I 100% want to go to ALL open houses where I was or will be offered an interview. Luckily for me, PCOM is only a little over an hour's drive away. I will be going, maybe I will see you there.
 
Any DIMER applicants get an interview yet? Starting to get concerned....

I think it’s great to offer the opportunity to learn about the process but given that I’m in the process it’s a little tough. I might go and ask about my status.

Agreed— like what the actual flip. Woke up just now and got excited to see notification that I’m invited for a PCOM interview…. TIPS ANS TRICKS session!

How long does it take to go from the initial admissions committee review phase to the faculty review phase?
 
Has anyone heard back from the 10/01 interview date or from around then?
 
How late does PCOM send out II from previous cycles?
 
My portal states that my materials are under initial review with the admissions staff and this can take 10-15 days. Is there a way to know if this has been completed or am I just supposed to wait until I hopefully get an interview invite?
 
Around late July/early August my app was on the "Operations and Applicant Review" tab. Now, its back to "awaiting materials" and shows that they are waiting on my letters even though they are received. Has this happened to anyone else?

I just checked and my portal is saying the same thing, do you think it's worth emailing about? Wondering if it's a glitch.

Maybe I'm just coping but I wonder if it means they are actively reviewing our apps

Originally, all of my LORs had been marked as received and I was moved to the review stage within a few days of submitting the secondary fee. Now that it has moved back one tab, it just seems to me that there is someone at PCOM actively in my portal reviewing but who knows

Yup, mine is saying the same thing now.

Edit: About 50 mins later it was changed back to Operations and Applicant Review
