I was wondering for anyone who interviewed and got into RUSH, how did you feel coming out of your interviews? I feel meh compared to others I've had and am super nervous about the result. (This is my top choice)

Rest assured that Rush selects people for interview with the intention of accepting them, and they do, close to like 80% this year per someone I know on the committee. You’d have to give off a red flag for them to reject you. Trust the process
Still waiting for an II from them 🙁
I got the "next stage" email in october and the "cleared the review process" email in January, but have yet to receive an II or R. Wondering if there's still a chance

I want to tell you both I felt AWFUL about my interview (just rambly and not as professional as my other interviews) and I got in right away. dont fret friends
After my interview I felt that I could see myself being rejected, waitlisted, or accepted. How you feel won't necessarily correlate with the outcome.
Did anyone receive the email they said would be sent out again during the zoom meeting today? I still havnt received it

I am seeing Rejections roll through on admit. I have no idea if Rush shotgun sends rejections or is it sent out piecewise. I'm super anxious now

last year I was rejected on 02/14/25, which corresponds to tomorrow. Some interviews were offered the same day last year. I have been rallying hard for rush. sent update letters and LOCI's and everything.

Yeah, but it doesn't seem to be a large amount going out. They're sprinkling out rejections today, and then probably gonna hit us with a huge wave tomorrow
i can confirm that is probably true, I got rejected last year on 02/14/25, which is the equivalent of tomorrow this year

Did anyone that got rejected today receive the Jan email of "clearing the review stage" (I got it and haven't been rejected yet) Wondering if that email is like a shield? If y'all did, then i guess I'll be joining y'all soon in the next rejection wave, probably tomorrow, like some are saying.

Are they still sending out rejections this late at night?
Doubtful, it appears one wave was sent at around 10am central time and the other at 5:27pm central time

I was looking through last year's thread, and saw they interviewed until like March 5th? II's were sent like ~ last two weeks of Feb so potentially-- stay hopeful!

+1 Pre-II R just now, got the "congrats you're being reviewed again" in October and "still in review" in January just as an FYI for everyone! Hope others in this thread survive the wave and get the II they're hoping for 😀

yeah I'm probably getting axed this afternoon then. I got both those emails and i sent letters in. really sucks because they were my only chance.
