So after you posted this I went and checked and realized I missed an email from them lol. Apparently we need to go in and assign our activities to competencies and then assign the prerequisite coursework (not sure why we had to do this after submitting the secondary). If you missed that like I did, make sure you go back and do it!

Apparently I need 2 quarters of Biochemistry, yet I only have 1. Is my application DOA or will it be fine if I take it before July 1st, 2026 or my matriculation, whichever comes first (their words)? I am not currently enrolled in a biochem course but I would be enrolling in it through the extension school if needed.

Correct, you should definitely sign. The only binding thing (to my knowledge) is the AMCAS Commit to Enroll which isn't due until 4/30

Edit: No deposit required
