I think the field of "underground" pharmacy has the highest earning potential. You don't even need to go to school. However, there are some risks involved. 😉

Cocktails supposedly cannot contain more than an ounce of alcohol. I'm not a cocktail drinker, so I wouldn't know.
We can't buy hard stuff, except at the liqour store. Still, some wines we have at the grocery store could not be bought in UT. My roomate was in CA last week and said they had hard liquor cheap at the groc store - store brands and all. This was a new concept to me.
