Welcome to the forums.

Not everything is about metrics. I don't see a strong compelling reason to pick you out of the crowd (i.e., "cannon fodder"). What advice have you gotten from your prehealth advisors about your list?

I also think your list merges all your reaches, targets, and baselines, but you didn't designate the levels. It's pretty clear your reaches seem too optimistic because your hours don't compare with other high-metrics applicants you will be up against.

You have way less service orientation activity hours (just 100 patient transport), and it's clinic-adjacent rather than non-clinical community service unless you have withheld critical descriptive information. For a high metrics applicant, you should have at least 250 hours of activities such as food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. It appears you have zero.

Your clinical experience is also too light and could get you screened out in a high-metrics pool. 20 hours of shadowing without any primary care doesn't give me confidence you know what you will be doing as a medical student. You have clinical experience as a CNA, but you need more hours working with doctors. Again, details matter here, but as your profile stands as described, it doesn't impress me.

Your profile just implies you want to go to medical school because you've checked the boxes. Without an explanation of your purpose, I can't see why any school would pick you for an interview or a seat in the class. Again, we don't have your letters or your essays, but that's the feedback I think you are looking for.

You should accumulate another 30 hours of physician shadowing, including primary care. Also, another 100+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. .
