What is the break down of your MCAT?
And are you planning to apply this season or next? Have you started applications yet for this season?

I see the shadowing, but no clinical experience where you worked one-on-one with sick people. You don't mention community service, or leadership. Your numbers give you a chance of getting your Primary application reviewed if you apply broadly, but without the essential extracurriculars, your chance of getting interviewed and ultimately accepted are poor. If you are going to bolster your ECs, you might want to shadow 1-2 other types of doctors for a short while also.

what you think my chances are if i were to bolster my ECs... get some leadership/ clinical exp.

Assuming an optimal application is all ways, with your stats: 59.6% to 74.1% chance of an acceptance (which includes those with significant modifying factors on their application, which you haven't mentioned). Leadership isn't essential, though it's very desirable when you don't have competitive numbers. Clinical and community service are essential. Adcomms like to see a year of involvement for these on your application. The average applicant has about a year and a half. I'd get started ASAP.
