I am renting my own condo as I now live my fiance. She is a 3rd year med student at Rush. Condo has 2br/1ba with many modern touches. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Unit includes:

Energy efficient appliances, windows, insulation make for low utility bills

Unit is available may 1. I will ask for 1/2 months rent for a security deposit. As I am the owner of this unit, I can flexible to rent terms, duration, and security deposit.
Rent is $1195 per month.
