I got an interview offer from one of my safety programs about a month ago. I initially accepted and scheduled an interview, but when other programs started inviting and I had too many interviews, I sent an email to the program coordinator to let her know I was not planning to attend. This was several weeks ago for an interview next month. Then this morning, I got an email (through ERAS) from the same program- offering me an interview! Do I email (or call) and simply turn down the offer? Ignore it, since I already told the program I couldn't attend with the first offer? Explain that I'd already turned down their interview? I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is here...

Proper etiquette here would be to both call and e-mail the program. You can send the identical e-mail to the program coordinater that you sent earlier. By calling that way s/he will remove you from their list (hopefully). In addition (if you want), you can also go on ERAS and withdraw your application from that program as well.

At the minimum I would call and e-mail.
