for the 2x2 photo i took the pic at a local pharmacy but i am not wearing a button down shirt, in fact you can barely see the shirt i am wearing. Is that a bad image for the schools, the fact that i am not wearing a button down shirt? ( sorry for the dumb question).

by "barely see" do you mean like a tank-top? deep V?
it doesn't have to be a button down shirt but at least something like a solid color t-shirt with a crewneck...of course, if it's not too much trouble to opt for the the dress shirt, I'd go with that. no tie, just leave the first button undone.

Mine was of me pounding shots on my 21st birthday out of tooth-shaped shot glasses. I think as long as it is dentistry related and they can see how DANG good lucking you are, than your a shoe-in. The adcoms are pretty vain and like pretty people - and like to party

If you sent them i would not worry about it. Though why allow anything to be held against you.
Shirt, tie, sports coat (friends, dads if you don't have one) you can even still keep your shorts on, take a picture with your camera and go to CVS. $0.42 for (2) 2x2. You have a professional picture and why it may not help you, you know it will not hurt you.

Are there any requirements for the photo? Like no smiling, ears showing, no jewelry (I always wear a small religious necklace and nose ring because of my culture)??
