I was wondering if we could get a list of all the directions of the various steps in the process of DNA

Unwinding [Helicase moves 3' to 5']
Replication [DNA polymerase 5' to 3' to create a new strand; moves along in the ??] [okazaki fragments added in the 3' to 5' direction]
Transcription
Translation
the tRNA [3'/5']
Reverse transcriptase?
Poly-A tail
Methylated Cap

all that stuff...

Replication and transcription, strand is read in the 3' to 5' direction (DNA pol and RNA pol move this direction) and synthesized in the 5' to 3' direction. Both strands of DNA are read in the same direction.

Translation, mRNA is read in the 5' to 3' direction.
