1) WAMC? - to any one MD school (doesn't matter which one)

2) should i retake MCAT? my aamc avg is a 39, i was thrown off due to timing on real thing

I wouldn't retake a 35...
If I were you, I'd do some sort of post-bacc to get your GPA up.

Your MCAT is at the 95th%. Retaking it makes you appear to be foolish. Apply to schools that match you goals and they will probably overlook your gpa.
