cGPA: 3.6
sGPA:3.45
Residence: OH
MCAT: 507 -one low subsection, I am retaking in July to hopefully increase chances for MD (aiming for 512)
Upward trend of grades
1 year of research, but definitely my EC are more focused on volunteering/service to others.

School List MD :
Ohio State

New York Medical College
VCU
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson

Note for MD: Have ties to Southeast Ohio, love primary care. This is why I included the West V school's and some other schools I found that have a primary care focused mission statement

Nova
(any other suggestions? not as familiar with DO but I will get some shadowing this summer and if I feel comfortable with osteopathic medicine I will apply for sure)

As of right now, I suggest the following. Getting up to 512 is more viable. Come back when you have your new score.

Thanks for your quick reply, @Goro . I am going to do some research on the DO schools especially since I am less familiar with them. Would you recommend adding more schools to my MD list if I do receive my score back and it is in the 512 range? It will come back first week of August so I am not sure if that is too late to add a couple more schools.

Also, Do you know of any other schools that are OOS friendly with a primary care mission?

Yes, if you can pull the 512, then add more schools. U VT, Hofstra, Western MI, VCU, Tulane and U Miami, for starters.
