Best luck will be with some (not all) DO schools and probably the low-tier MD schools like Rosy Franklin and NYMC, and perhaps your state schools. Oh, and re-take that MCAT and aim for 29+..

Depends on the school. I could be wrong, but I think most schools look at your most recent.
