3.65 sGPA 3.6 cGPA 31Q MCAT

Hello all, first time posting!
Took my mcat Sept 2012, 31Q. GPA is 3.63, with an upward trend. Currently in my junior year so I still have time to bring it up, should be at a 3.68 if I get all A's this semester, which it looks to be the case, and 3.75 sGPA. And I also have spring semester before applying, hopefully I can get it up even more.
I have average extracurriculars: bout 150 hrs shadowing, volunteering at a clinic for 3 months over summer, research for 2 summers and winter break, tutoring for 3 months.
Don't want to retake the mcat, but will if i need to.

State of residence is virginia, and I'd really like to go to VCU or UVA, but i know the latter is a stretch.

You sir are pretty much the average matriculant, but with above average research. So you're probably around 50-60%. Apply early, apply broadly, put time into your essays, get your gpa up like you said, and I'd put you at 70%.
