South Americans are not generally considered UIM. Language skills are always appreciated, though.
Take a look at the MSAR, show us your list and we'll be glad to help.

You are on the surface potentially competitive for a very large number of programs. Invest in MSAR and specifically look at schools with median MCATs in the 32-37 range that take at least 20% OOS where your GPA is above the 10th percentile. You should be able to find at least 30-40 schools doing this. Go through those and if you want input post the ones you like back on here and people can tell you what they think.
