3.81 cgpa (3.8 sgpa)/ 515

EC: shadowing (over 100 hrs across FM/Surg/Cardio), 2 research labs with 2 pubs (1 1st author), Volunteer (3 diff places 200 hr each) : Hospital, free clinic, scribe. Non clinical volunteer: limited to maybe 25 hrs at a teen shelter (looking for add to this). Job (1+year) : helped at a hospital with going through hundreds of medical records and finding data. Had 2 leadership roles in clubs.

I am looking to apply once next cycle and am considering adding DO schools to the list as well, nervous for interviews and think it might be my weakest part of the application.

Applying to State schools and these:

Loma Linda
Wayne state
Creighton
U of Hawaii
St. Louis U
Thomas Jeff
NSU
Carle Illinois
U of Vermont
Oakland Beaumont
Kaiser Permanente
Seton Hall
Umass
Quinnipack
Rochester
U of Colorado
WMU
Louisville
Wright state
Albany
UConn
Tufts
EVU
Temple
Georgetown
U of Toledo
Drexel
Rush

Any others I should add?

Thanks!

You have several state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with no connection to the state including Hawaii, UConn, UMass, Louisville. I suggest adding these schools:
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Einstein
George Washington
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
TCU-UNT

If you really don't want to reapply, add DO; your nonclinical volunteering is extremely weak. You need at least 150 hours and preferably double that. Start doing this through your cycle and talk about it in any interviews you get.

Add Brown, and delete Loma Linda unless you are SDA.

And yes, IF you're shut out by Tgiving, add some DO schools as insurance. We won't take it personally.

The Wise Cat Goro with SAVAGE advice as always! I thought Brown took a lot of its own undergrads.

I would add UCSF, Dartmouth, Brown, Cornell, Yale, Duke...a 515 will get you through the door. I think if you have an incredibly refined personal statement (as in you're a wordsmith and your focus is Au) you will be great

Is 3.8/515 so low that wouldn't allow one to at least aspire to the T10?

Aspiration with an otherwise amazing application, sure.
Agreed, and like I said, those stats will lubricate the passage of your app and if that app happens to be carrying a payload of a well-crafted personal statement that brings tears to the eyes of admissions members without being too maudlin is your Willy Wonka Au ticket to the Upper echelon aka T10
