I think your chances for MUSC may be excellent (depending on the stuff you can't remember, which hopefully includes nonmedical community service). As far as Yale, goes, I think they'd prefer to see a more substantive research experience, or else fairly strong leadership and/or community service. Either way, they aim to train future leaders in medicine, and to have a chance at Yale, your application would need to reflect that potential.
