You have many state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with no connection to the state. U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. These schools from your list are realistic:
Einstein
-FAU
-Emory
-University of Southern California
-MCG
-Medical College of Wisconsin
-MErcer
-NYMC
-Penn State
-UVermont
-Brown
-Tufts
-USF
-University of Central Florida
-UMiami
-URochester
-Virginia Commonwealth
-Wake Forest
-Wayne State
You could add any of these schools:
Eastern Virginia
Tulane
St. Louis
Western Michigan
Hofstra
Cincinnati
George Washington

Agree with above regarding school list but want to add that the "0" prestige is irrelevant. You have very good stats and solid clinical experience. The weight put on the undergraduate institution is in most cases not significant in the big picture.
