To actually answer your question, can you contact the schools to see if they have other interview dates available? This late in the application cycle they may not, but it’s worth a try.

I had two interviews to my 2nd and 3rd choice on the same day. Told my 3rd choice that I couldn't make it to the interview on that day so they offered me a later interview.
