32Q with 7 in Verbal

If you retake, you will most likely do better, if you have the time. I got a 6 the first time, 9 the second time lol

Great job on the PS btw 🙂

If you retake you run the risk of your total score decreasing. A 14 in PS is part skill and part luck, so while verbal might go up a point or two, you might also drop a point or two in the other sections. Were your practice test scores a lot higher than 32? If so, I would think about retaking, but if you studied for months and a 32 with a 7 verbal was about your average then I would be sure that getting higher than a 32 is realistic to you.

Also, great job on the awesome cumulative score...so many people would kill for that!

My PS on the practice tests were all 13 or 14s. BS were from 11-13, and Verbal from 8-10. Overall score from 33-35. I know that I can AT LEAST get a 9 on the Verbal with more prep. And PS has always been my strongest section.

I would apply right now but I know that many schools screen at 7 and below for any section so I am already out of the running for many schools.

3.85 sGPA

32Q PS:14 VR:7 BS:11

Will the 7 in verbal keep me out of med school? Should I retake?

What was your VR practice test scores (AAMC)? If you were consistently better than that, and you think that your BS and PS scores are repeatable, then I would retake.

my friend also had a 7 on the VR

not sure which med school he was admitted but I remember it was a top 25 (according to US News)

so yeah you have a chance, but try to make everything else as good as possible, you want to be as polished as possible to the adcoms
