-Research, volunteering, clubs
-I'm a Kentucky resident. I'm also Hispanic, but not URM, so I don't know if that will matter.

What are my chances at Louisville and Kentucky?

Stats-wise, this looks like me exactly. I bet you'll get interviews (cant say for sure at UK and Lousivile, but ehy not, are you IS?), after that - could go either way. Why not URM?

you'll be fine. above average gpa, solid MCAT, I'm guessing regular EC type stuff. Apply broadly and you'll get in somewhere.
