3D Protein Structure Prediction website

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a good website where one can input the amino acid sequence of a protein to get a predicted 3D structure? My protein of interest if pretty large (~2500 AAs) so it has been a pain trying to work things out... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have had moderate success with this EMBL server:
http://dove.embl-heidelberg.de/3D/
This server attempts to generate models based on homology to known protein structures, so keep that in mind as a major limitation.

I have not tried a protein that large before; are there distinct domains you could try to cut it down to?
