Where can I find more info about Tulane's program? The website is kind of skimp

Also, if anyone can answer these questions:
1. Do they consider you MD-only if you don't get in? It seems like it's not one committee, but rather the med school and graduate school consider you separately... I don't know if that's true.
2. Is their PhD program just 2 years (optimally), or is that just the coursework? I have never seen a program less than 3 years.

I'd email the director to ask if you're considering the school.

Tulane's program is quite small (it seems to be around 2-3 people entering per year) - https://www.aamc.org/system/files/2019-12/2019_FACTS_Table_B-12.pdf

I would agree - your best bet is probably to reach out to learn more about the program. I would seriously doubt a 2-year PhD as being productive or even worth it, to some extent, as it's difficult to put out good science in just two years.
