BU now shows up on my school decisions "Thank you for Applying to Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Your application has been received and it is complete at this time."

Also, continuing review from LECOM email today. :/

As far as I know, yes. Got the secondary in pretty fast, too. Anyone know their OOS friendliness? I thought they were relatively OOS friendly
 
Finally changed to "received/under review" at Creighton.

Also, UWash added to school decisions as "received/under review" and also a status defined entry.
 
Just got the Received/Under Review on AADSAS for Roseman. I really want to interview there!!!

I just spoke with USC on the phone yesterday and they told me that they wont start reviewing til mid-late august
 
First interview invite from UNLV today! Stats posted in the sticky thread. So excited! 🙂

I'm in Oregon so I can fly out of PDX through Spirit airlines for like a hundred bucks, so I'll be going that way! 🙂

Marquette status updated to "received/under review" on AADSAS, dated 08/10.

I guess that's at least heading somewhere. Why do I feel like a lot of schools just stopped sending interview invites after the second batch?

Temple showed up on my school decisions today!

"The committee is currently reviewing your application. A final decision on your application will come no later than July 2013."
 
UNC interview invite this morning, but I haven't heard from Creighton yet.
 
So UF emailed me today saying they decided to put my application on hold until Fall grades are posted (I am planning on doing a one year Masters of Medical Sciences). I'm not sure how to interpret this news. 😕

why are they putting your file on hold when you already have a degree? did you specify anything to them regarding your masters?
 
got a Nova rejection via snail mail today. and a ASDOH interview invite last friday. anyone else heard from any other schools?

No not yet! I'm trying to accommodate it with my schedule. When is your interview?
 
Right now Sept 27th but I may or may not reschedule it, depending on my class schedule

i think they cash everyones check for processing. I'm sure every school does it for money.

Oh, ya of course. I could send them a check for nothing and they'd cash it haha. I was just wondering why mine was cashed a week after his when we sent on the same day.

I'm a her ;-) hehe... But maybe in the 500 checks that they received that day they only got to the first few and mine was before yours? Idk, but I'm sure it's nothing detrimental
 
ATSU emailed me saying they have processed my secondary application. Now fingers crossed and I hope I get an interview!! Haven't heard any news from any other schools in awhile
 
I got an email today from USC that they have my application etc. and we should be able to check the portal in about 2 weeks.
 
ATSU application is complete has been forwarded to the dental school. "It may take up to 8 weeks before you are contacted with a decision on your application." 😱

Dude I got that email on August 1 and I'm in the 4th batch. Why did they send the confirmation email so late? When did you fill out the secondary form and fee?

Well I submitted my secondary almost a month after I got the email (I thought I had already submitted it but I actually didn't). I submitted the secondary 8/17; 8/30 they confirmed receiving it; then early this am they said it has been forwarded for review

Makes sense now. For a moment I thought they might be doing this randomly i.e. disorganization. Thank you for clearing the air up.
 
Ive received my 3rd interview today from U of MN! Interview on the 18th! Also have one from Lecom and Midwestern AZ
 
Congrats Dentman!!

LECOM emailed me today saying my supplemental has been processed and that I can check my status on the website. STILL missing an LOR which I believe is definitely slowing down my app or placing it on hold 😡
