First of all, I think it would be fair to give us some more info. What are your NBME scores? How thorough were your first 2 passes? etc. Nevertheless, i believe that 3 passes would be somewhat excessive. If you didn't learn something by the second pass, it's probably not going to stick on the third.

A 3rd pass just seems so pointless. You're just going to be recognizing -> recalling the question/answer.
Much, much better to do 3 different question banks rather than 1 qbank 3 times IMO.
