3rd year Family Med rotation question

Hey all, my school lets me do my 3rd year family med rotation anywhere in the US as long as the FM doc allows me to be there. Is this in any way an advantage? Where should I try and rotate at?

I did FM rotations in my hometown and lived from home. It's nice to stay at home and see your friends, enjoyed life like a normal human being

Would a single physician PP be better or a larger healthcare system (eg. Kaiser) be better? I would imagine there would be less red tape with the PP doc

Two routes:

1. Close to home in order to relax
2. Somewhere you want to end up for residency so you can show you have some connection to that place.
