Research Experience: -100 hrs on covid, immunosuppressant, rheumatoid disease project, -200 on cpr survey research —> pub
Publications/Abstracts/Posters (include how you were credited e.g. first author, second author, etc.): CPR research (6th author)
Clinical Experience (paid or volunteer): 800-900 hrs paid clinic MA hours by app;
Physician Shadowing: 200ish hours over 6 specialties (mostly from a couple years back)
Non-Clinical Volunteering: 150-200 hrs university food pantry, 100 hrs harvesters pantries in underserved areas, 300 hrs Sunday school TA, 100hrs Sunday school teacher, 500 hours hospital entrance volunteer
Other Extracurricular Activities: -memorized whole Quran (most meaningful) -first degree TKD Black belt -student org president (most meaningful) -Research discussion group leader for Organic chem (2 sem)

Btw I want to stay away from CA, FL, NY for personal reasons, so don’t suggest any of those schools.
