Hi guys! My stats

* CA resident, female, ORM (middle-eastern)
* first gen student/american
* went to community college (took all prereqs there besides biochem), transferred to T20 undergrad
* BA (non-STEM) degree
* 508 --> 513 (129/126/127/131) mcat ; 4.0 GPA
* 2 yrs served in foreign military as combat medic/combat medic instructor&commander (\~5200 hrs)
* 1000 hrs clinical paid (er scribe, ortho scribe)
* 335 hrs nonclinical volunteering (200 hrs at shelter, 135 at tutoring/student activist group)
* 300 hrs research at psych lab (750 anticipated)
* 80 hrs shadowing at ortho
* volunteering at free clinic during gap year (no current hours, anticipated 400)
