Congrats! To everyone who matched, especially those of you joining us in sunny Colorado. I am completing my fellowship this spring and I'd like to rent my house to an incoming resident with a family. I emphasize "with a family" because the house is quite large for a single person. Besides a single person would much rather liver near downtown Denver. Here are the specs:
Neighborhood: Quiet and safe with fantastic neighbors. If my job was closer I'd stay but I'd prefer to not commute 3 hours/day.

Beds: 4 (master with fireplace and jacuzzi tub)

Dog run: Yes, dogs are allowed
Garage: 2 car + parking pad for 3rd vehicle if necessary
Backyard: Fenced with separate garden area and large wood playset
