4-year OMFS programs

Navy HPSP here! From my understanding the navy only allows FTOS to be 4-year programs. With externships being a little limited, I have little knowledge of quality 4-year programs. I am interested in orthognathics, trauma, implants, and everything in between. Can you guys help me out and list some 4-year programs that have quality training? Also, if anyone has any insight on the education provided at the Navy hospitals, that would be great too. Thanks!
