Today I am reviewing my weak areas of biology and memorizing/rememorizing any simple charts like hormones, taxonomy, ect... Also reviewed acs o-chem this morning and only missed ave of 1 problem per chapter two being my max...Tonight I will do a pat test and review math problems...Tomorrow travel and read at the hotel, swim, eat and sleep!😀

Last scores: CDP--22 with a 48 minute time limit
CDM- 22 with a 40 minute time limit, 17, 19, 20 with a 35 minute time limit

(I do know that practice scores mean very little I just hope I fall in the -1/+2 catagory).

Top Score 3 Today Aug 22
AA--TS--Bio--Chem--O-Chem--PA--RC--QR
21--19---17---19-----28------22--21---22

Only missed one more problem on Gen chem. This test had more conceptual and I learned today I have more difficulty answering some of those. I think I have calculations down. So i will just be trying to solidify conceptual Gen Chem. ANY Last pointers. What would you do for the week leading to the test?

1 week Plan

1. Hit my cliff outlines hard and solidify any week points in my outlines. Finish last half of Destroyer and redue it. Read on genetics and any missed questions for achiever and ts.

2. Gen chem... Debating to do destroyer a 3rd time or ACS a second time(ANY SUGGESTIONS??)...Plus review and solidify any memorizing like trends or formulas that I am weak with.

3. O-chem---Review reactions, and concepts I am not a hundred percent on.

4. Math--Do a crack the math and get my time limit down to 30 minutes. Memorize geometry formulas and trig identities.

5. Pat--CDP one every day.

👍 or 👎 ???

AA--Ts--Bio--Chem--O-chem--PA--RC--QR
20--20--17---20-----28-------23--19--18

Plan for next two weeks:

Chem--Do 40 problems a day from destroyer plus the ones I missed from the day before (complete it two times). Review ACS once...

Ochem-- 60 problems a day from destroyer and review the ones i missed from the day before(complete two times). Go through ACS one time and solidify any memorization needed.

Bio-- Solidify the outlines from 12 chapters of Cliffs. Read and review physiology, and cell biology.

PA--Do 1 cdp every two days to keep it fresh. Review any rules that I am unceartain about.

QR-- Start memorizing formulas that I will need for test day. Do Math Destroyer and some CDM tests.

RC-- Top score( strategy is read a question and read until I find the answer, making a key word outline for each paragraph as I go).

THATS my plan for the next two weeks... I am feeling pretty good and will just need to stay focused for two more weeks!🙂

goodluck, your in good shape

For CDM, focus on the applied math (word problems)
and i would review destroyer bc i think it tests more on concepts

nice strategy for lowering the time limits

im sure youll do very well
keep reviewin

I just took the same TopScore today and my DAT is on FRIDAY!!!

AA: 20

Chem: 17 (stupid stupid mistakes)
Orgo: 19 (again stupid mistakes)

ughh

i took the natural science TopScore 2 yesterday and i got
Bio: 19
Chem: 20
Orgo: 25
But I didn't time it and took a little over an hour.

I am planning on doing some CDP today (timed), go over some bio, watch some Chad's videos, etc.

Any advice for me too would be great!!!!

you will do good ... 😉 practice QR a little more...i was also getting good score on my kaplan thing but then :-< it was just wiered so yea 😛

I think you are in good shape. If you are solid in destroyers gen chem, instead of doing it a 3rd time I would do the ACS book..specifically look over the lab stuff in the back of the book. I had some lab questions.

Also for bio, look over experimental cell biology, DNA technology, and questions related to genetic control of development

I would give you the same bio advice I gave the OP so scroll up for that.

Your Chem scores look solid. I made alot of stupid mistakes, I found that on the real thing I went very slow and read each question twice to make sure I knew what they were asking.

I did not have to time go back and recheck alot of the questions

BUT

I did better with this method than the other times when I rushed and re checked and ended up changing answers.

Chads videos are great!
