In addition to the schools @Goro gave you above you could try these schools also:
BCOM
PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
CUSOM
LUCOM
LMU-DCOM (accreditation warning though so follow closely throughout the year)
WCU-COM
Most of these schools have MCAT medians in the 498 to 502 range so you could receive some interviews

Thanks so much will do!

Cars is so unpredictable for me... I feel like I've tried everything
Do you think med schools would focus on that score too much ?
I mean, its a 121. That's like 10th percentile.
If you get the average 125 your score goes from bad to average.

Have you taken your MCAT recently after your masters?
You should try retaking that will open lot of doors if you increases 498>>500.

Completely anecdotal but I was accepted to school with a 498 MCAT and my classmate got a 121 on CARS and was accepted as well. Like the wise SDNer’s have said above, apply to those schools listed. You already have great EC’s to add on to your good cGPa and outstanding Masters’s GPA. Get that DO LOR to add to your application and submit here soon. At the same time, understand that that score could be screened out from many programs and there’s a chance you might not make it this cycle, so develop a plan for a gap year with intent to retake the MCAT. CARS is a beast but there are tons of helpful hints, tips and resources here on SDN and all throughout the internet on how to improve your CARS passage analysis strategy.

Razor thin chances in my opinion. It's not like you have a uGPA 4.0 and a subpar MCAT.
You have an average GPA and a low MCAT.

Try newest schools and be willing go go anywhere.
Goro gave a solid list.

498 with a 121 CARS would be a no for me and probably get you screened at many schools. Newer schools might give you a shot. You are at risk for course or board failure IMO.
Lol risk for board failure as a pre-med.. yeah obviously. I hate when people throw this around.
Undergrad does not prepare you for MCAT. Medical school does in fact prepare you for Boards.

My dream was to drive a monorail so I took the MCAT. Unfortunately google directed me to the wrong MCAT page and I ended up taking the wrong MCAT. What do I now have to loose applying...

Not only is it not strong. It's weak.
I would love my 80th percentile MCAT to mean something, but it does not.
That is because it's a good score, not a great score. 20 % did better. Why did you take it? Not all schools require it. You don't see students with mcat scores of 498 scoring 250 on step 1. It has a moderate correlation with step 1 scores

Sorry, why did I take what?
I know lots of students (now third years) who had sub 500 who scored 220-230. And I know students who had 504, 506, 507, who got a 210-218.
