I think they might just put your app aside until you retake...you told the schools your retaking right?

Ya, give it a try. I mean you paid like 90 bucks for it. Did you indicate on your application that you are retaking ? If you did, they should have waited for the score unless it is against their policy.

Yes I put on the application that I am retaking in August.. I just emailed the admissions people to let them know as well that I will be re-taking the DAT and that if they want when I get my scores I can fax it to them until they receive the official scores I hope they respond and didn't just throw me away lol
 
I would call them...you will get a much faster response...all of the schools I have reached out to have been really nice and helpful

I got an email from Howard about my application being complete
 
Received the LECOM email to send in my fees/secondary this morning.

@trocha86 as for ASDOH, I got their secondary on Tuesday.

Submitted my application on the 22nd of this week, just heard from Nova for supplemental application. Also submitted my supplemental items to Detroit Mercy.

How long does it typically take for ADEA to receive my payments, i misread the FAP instructions and also sent out the remaining designated schools via check/money order and not by credit card. its been about 4 days already. I mailed from florida

I believe you're in the 5th batch, not 4th.

I would definitely call those schools and let them know that you sent them a check and see how they want you to proceed with that error.

She just meant she sent in her $75 fee and 3x5 info card. If you go to their website, they tell you to send this at the same time your AADSAS is sent.

Applied to 16 schools, finished 13 secondaries. Hopefully we will start hearing back from some schools soon!! 😎

Trocha86 - Def email all the schools you applied to and notify them that you plan on retaking your DAT and provide them the date.

Also, if anyone gets a MWU or ASDOH invite, hit me up!! I am from Phoenix and it would be cool to meet some of y'all!!

Wait... if you weren't already in dental school then why are/were you on the list of people who were offering to review personal statements for this cycle?

Thank you so MUCH!!! I went ahead and replied to every school that has sent me secondaries about my re-take I appreciate your advice 🙂 👍
 
Just got an email from OHSU. They received my apps and won't start reviewing until mid-September bc they're still completing the admission/matriculation process for the entering class of 2013.
 
Got Temple today but cant send it till I retake the DAT

I'm in the 4th batch too, I've only gotten secondaries from my schools so far. The anticipation is killing me.
 
4th batch here as well (7/19 mailed). Waiting on 2 letters (one of which is done according to my evaluator but aadsas says "in progress" so I sent them another email updating them what is showing on my end of things).

Applied to 15 schools, 9 secondaries complete, should have the others done by this week.

No interviews yet

I know the anticipation is killing everyone but I'm not really going to start worrying a whole lot until December. Beating yourself up doesn't increase your chances. Good luck everyone!! And congrats to those who have received interviews so far!
 
To those that got a LECOM interview, did you get the "LECOM Dental Medicine has Processed your Supplemental Application" email?
 
Interview to Midwestern-Az! Checked my portal last night at 1AM, said to schedule interview, but I thought maybe I was just tired and hallucinating so I went to sleep and woke up this morning with an email telling me to schedule an interview. I'm so exciteddddd! 😀
 
I am wondering the same thing since I only got receipt kind of email stating that I paid the 50 fee.
 
Anything interesting yet? Don't colleges normally send out invites around Sept?

Got "under review" email yesterday. I got "Application received" email on 7/25.

Let me know if anyone is on the same date. I think MedDevil is interviewing on 9/20.
