@diene @toothbugger: NYU cashed my check after they send me an confirmation email saying that my application was under review. Also, it was cashed in 6 days before I was invited for an interview.

Yup yup. @Diene, are you fourth batch? I'm fourth batch, but I haven't even called any school to verify if my application is complete. I'm just patiently waiting since it's only going on the 2nd week from when the 4th batch was mailed out. I'd heard from all the schools in some form or another that my application is complete excluding the ones w/ supplemental that I have to finish.

Yup, fourth batch, but I sent my checks after my app got mailed, so I guess that puts me slightly behind fourth batchers!

When did they send you that app. under review email? then sent me on on July 20, but still no sound from them yet. I sent a money order though.Don't know if that makes a diff. or not. What were your stats if you don't mind?

Hi toothbugger. They sent me the under review email on 7/20. I don't really know if money order makes a difference.
 
just got an interview for midwestern az today. scheduled for October 8th! 🙂👍
 
hey guys got an interview from case western this morning! 4th batch
 
Interview invite from lsu received today! This is my 2nd interview, first one is at nova. Btw I am out of state for both

Thanks. I got the same email. Someone from third batch received an invite already. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't already passed over!
 
has anyone received an interview from case western yet?
 
On AADSAS under School Decisions, I have Tufts with "Received/Under Review" and Boston with "Received/Application Complete." Boston's status defined says, "Thank you for Applying to Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Your application has been received and it is complete at this time." Does this mean that Boston is done reviewing or is the app still under review?

I have the same thing..... I haven't even received an email from Tufts yet though =/. As far as Boston, I have no idea.....

Congrats, but I havent seen alot of 4rth batcher's hearing back from case so far. The school may still have a lot of applications to review from 3rd batch. However this is just from my observation on the forum so I may be wrong. I am hoping us 4rth batchers will hear something from case in the next round.
 
you wouldent mind letting me know your stats, bc i am also really hoping for Lsu
 
University of Nebraska Sept. 7
They let me know by mail apparently (I still haven't seen the letter, but I called)

Heck, a lot of us 3rd batchers still haven't heard back from Case yet. Makes me nervous.

I'm getting a bit antsy, since I was also 4th batch and haven't heard anything yet. Anyways, good luck to you.

I got an invite from Nova about a week ago and lucked into a pretty early slot too. But that's about it so far.

Got an interview from Case last week, was in the fourth batch. This process is best just to wait and put your mind on something else. I heard from Case right away, yet still haven't heard from NYU. Its not worth understanding this process haha. We just got to go with the flow.

Congrats. Yeah your right. Just have to wait and hope not all 4rth batchers have been reviewed.

Just got the Michigan Portal information today...... haven't received any interviews =(. however, congrats to all of those who have received invitations though.....

Did anyone get two application complete emails from NYU? I got them about a week apart from each other. Total tease. I catch myself thinking that the second one may have been an interview invite that they messed up... wishful thinking? haha

Haha. You're exactly like me. I got 2 repeat e-mails, and was also thinking they maybe messed up an interview invite. Hopefully, we get actual invite e-mails 🙄.

Isn't that the truth. I think if I get another application complete email from them I may stroke out. What was the date that you got your first app complete email?

i just called NYU about those 2 emails being repeated. The guy said its nothing, just wait for interview invite email
 
Just got in interview invite from LECOM.... very happy and excited to have receive my first interview.
