Reserve the remainder of your electives for subspecialties which are interesting to you or will get you better prepared for residency such as Pathology, Endocrinology, Anesthesia, and Pain Management. Avoid doing too many electives in OB/GYN as its unnecessary and to labor intensive for a 4th year in cruise control

You will learn some very nice closure techniques that will be a huge benefit to you the rest of your career. The one thing your patient sees of all your hard work is their scar. Depending on the type of plastics service at your school you may also learn to deal with wound complications that you might not learn elsewhere.
You will get enough OB when you start residency. Do things that you are interested in and that you won't ever have the chance to do again.
