I need an additional $15,000 for travel expenses for the upcoming interview season. Plan on going on numerous interviews in multiple cities.

Would you recommend taking out a Graduate Plus Loan or Residency Relocation loan for this?

If you have any opinion on this, I would dearly appreciate it. Thank you.

Residency/Relocation loans are only good for after graduation - if you are doing the interviewing while you are in your 4th year, then you should chooose the GradPlus loan.

I don't know which would be better (we don't have the option at our school), but the residency/relocation loan is meant specifically for 4th year students and intended to cover fees associated with applying and relocating for residency. You have to apply for it prior to your graduation date. My understanding is that it has a higher interest rate.
