4th year moving arrangements

I am a fourth year about to start my residency. My recruiter has told me multiple times that he would send me a link on AKO to set up moving arrangements, but he still has not. Does anybody know how to make travel arrangements through AKO?

Sorry to threadjack. Do we get CAC's on HPSP? I've heard that we get them while we're on AD, but that they take them away and return our green card. I am going to OBLC in June, so I suppose I'll know in July, but just curious if they let us keep the CAC at some point.

I just learned you don't need a CAC to set up a move. In fact, it rejects your CAC-attempt. I think I'll start a thread on DITY/Personally procured moves.
