Does anyone know if there are any PGY-4 openings in any programs in the USA?

Please let me know as I finished PGY-3 and originally was going to Child and Adolescent but changed my mind. Thanks!

Your program won't let you stay? I'm sure you can find one assuming no giant red flags, they have extra spots because people leave for C/A.
