Got an email the other day from Maj Bhend requesting some forms to fill out to apply for the 1 year AEGD as I will be graduating dental school in spring of 2014.
My question is this: one of the forms mentioned was "AFRS Form 1413". Where the heck is this thing? I found what seems to be an old version of it online but it appears it expired in 2007. I found another version in an unreadable ".xfd" format that I can't open on my Mac.
Anyone in a similar situation that could throw me some help? I emailed Maj Bhend and am waiting to hear back. Want to get this knocked out ASAP.
