Does anyone have a list of schools that have a 5 year limit on completing prerequisites?
 
UMKC does. I just applied there. I believe it's microbiology, Anatomy, Medical terminology and Maybe Org1 and 2 (not sure about these)

there is no list that I know of. Just call the individual schools you are interested in and find out.
