I would like to put a couple DO schools on and replace some of the out of state public schools with private schools to increase my chances. Mostly applying Midwest and East and am also currently applying for the Navy's HPSP.

You can delete Missouri, Kentucky, Eastern Virginia, Maryland and Indiana as these are state schools that accept very few OOS applicants with your MCAT score. Schools you can add where you have a chance for an interview with your stats include:
