So in December I took AAMC FL1 for the first time, got a 513 (129-127-128-129), in preparation for an MCAT in Jan. Ended up not sleeping the night before due to caffeine, probably some anxiety. Ended up voiding, testing April 5th. I also took FL2-3 and got 514-515, again, in December.

Retook last weekend and got a 524 (131-130-131-132). Obviously this is inflated, as I did review my FLs extensively. I remembered a few questions verbatim, and I'm sure I had some subliminal help on others. However, my goal score is still a 515. Would scoring this show that I'm at least where I was previously, if not maybe a little improved with additional practice? I've also taken Protein Chem and Physical Chem this semester, which has definitely increased by primary literature reading/critical thinking skills.

Okay! Think I should retake FL2-3 just to get used to taking a long test again?
If you have the time, then definitely. Also if you haven't done the Section Banks yet, make sure to do them and analyze the logic involved in each question. Very high yield for test day.

Yah I've redone the section banks too!!

Went from 75% to 90%

Update with 526 on retake FL2 (132-130-132-132), 514 previously. Will also update with AAMC3 and actual MCAT just in case anyone is in the same situation in the future.
Thank you - I'm kind of in a similar situation though my SBs, FL 1-2 are from 2017; FL 3 will be brand new and leaving it for the weekend before the real exam.

BEST OF LUCK to you!!

AAMC FL3: 526 (Cars 130), unlike the other FLs I did not heavily review this, only flipped through right before my voided mcat. Confidence for next Friday! Will update with Mcat score in early May

I would recommend you take other third-party exams. With a proper review, anybody can get a 520+ on repeat AAMC performance. Depends on how well you reviewed and if you were reviewing a log of your errors in between your first attempt and the second attempt at the same exam.
All set now, thanks though!
