All AAMC tests have been 7 passages. But my TPR instructor said it is likely going to be 6, actually, he said it would most certainly be 6. Any ideas?

it was surely 7 passages on VR on the real thing. Not sure about PS or BS...i was more worried about that damn sheep-goat passage and sonic the hedge hog. 😕

Everytime I think about TPR I get SO ANGRY!!! It was a waste of my damn time and money. Their verbal is useless, stick with the AAMC exams. There are 7 passages btw, and they are not short.

What's so bad about TPR Verbal? I get about the same on that, EK, and AAMC.

my june 15 test had 7 in all sections.

this TPR guy must be an AAMC insider to know that it's "certainly" going to be 6. 🙄

I'm just upset because TPR had only 6 relatively short passages on all of their diags. Also the format from the actual MCAT was very different. Sure they changed some of it AFTER I took my MCAT. I can't help but feel like I got ripped off.

Ohh I see what you're saying..yeah I hated their old CBT's, absolute horribleness. That does suck.

Kaplan's VR book also has 6 passages only per section. Until it was clarified later, all that time I thought that VR had 6 passages. I don't understand Kaplan's reasoning for doing this. Kaplan sucks anyway. Don't waste your money on Kaplan. I was very disappointed.
