i consistently get about a 66% on qbank and my test is this week. can anyone estimate what my score on step 1 will be based on this? is it passing?

This boat is probably overflowing. Also around high 60s here. Test on Thursday. Gulp.

It's certainly passing. I'd guess 215-225, but it's just a guess.
